I made these last week and they were a big hit. Give them a try.
2 sticks room temp. butter
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. Brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 can Fishers chopped peanut topping ( this is an ice cream topping )
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. And vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together then add to the creamed mixture. Add the bag of white chocolate chips and the can of peanut topping. Scoop out cookie dough with a cookie scoop or teaspoon and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. When done place on cookie sheet to cool. Enjoy!
*Note: I ALWAYS use real butter (salted) when baking, not margarine.
