I absolutely love roasted garlic. I mean I really, really LOVE me some roasted garlic! I could just roll around it but I’m not sure if Mr. wonderful would appreciate it 😉
Roasted garlic is a staple in my kitchen. I keep a quart jar of the golden goodness in my refrigerator for things like, garlic cheese mashed potatoes, garlic grits, garlic spread for bread, Alfredo sauce, hummus, Marinara sauce…and the list goes on for miles…
Here’s how I make ROASTED GARLIC
1 large head of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place on a pan and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
Ok, now snap out of your trance and give the garlic a squeeze. It’s kinda messy and yucky but oh so worth it! Mash the soft buttery cloves with a fork and add to your favorite recipe. Enjoy!
