Here’s another excellent Daniel Plan recipe that’s beautiful to look at and full of flavor!


1 can black beans (rinsed and drained well)
1 can whole kernel corn (rinsed and drained well)
1 large avocado, chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 clove garlic minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime if you prefer)
Salt and pepper to taste

After all ingredients have had a change to drain well, add all to a large bowl and gently toss until well mixed. Feel free to add or subtract amounts according to your taste. Serve with Chips or as a side dish. Enjoy!
